The team from Walter & Sons is INCREDIBLE! From my initial contact with the owner, Jeremiah…to his professional workers, Yuma and Ishmael! I had an entire house of marble flooring in a recently purchased large home that had not had ANY proper care during its 17 year life. The floors were scratched, cloudy, chipped, and missing grout. They looked terrible. After reading so many positive reviews about Walter & Sons, I decided to contact Jeremiah. He followed up promptly, made an appointment to come see my floors, and assured me I had found the right people to restore them. I told him we were doing a remodel and that it would be a few months before I would need his services. Once I was ready, all it took was a phone call and he came out again to meet my husband and talk about all that was needed. Soon after, he arrived with two incredibly nice, competent, and friendly workers. They were clean cut, dressed in company logo shirts, and ready to work. For four straight days, they showed up on time with happy, smiling faces…ready to tackle the complete restoration of my floors. They carefully moved all the furniture, worked methodically in each area to grind, clean, and polish the marble, replaced grout, fixed chips, worked with large machines and small ones (in compact areas), and took whatever steps were necessary to keep me happy! Wow! They even had to deal with my kitty, who seemed to want to march through their work area on a daily basis. They did an incredible job. My floors look brand new. I am sooooo happy with their work, I would recommend them to anyone! All of them were a joy to work with and I was actually sad to see them go.
