Walter & Sons are miracle workers! They restored the original shine to my marble island and now it looks exactly like what I picked out in the showroom when it was brand new. I called them at the last minute before a client was due back for the season. The client asked me to refurbish two vanity tops. Not only did they respond immediately, they came out the very next day and within hours gave me 2 like-new countertops!!!!! Highly recommend Jeremiah and Leif's expertise.

They treated our small job as if it was a big job. Jerimiah always returned my calls quickly and wedged our small job between larger one. The work involved travertine floors and counterops, including a badly scuffed area under kitchen chairs with casters. A skilled and pleasant young man showed up at 8 AM sharp and brought everything back to like new condition in a few hours.Excellent service, quality and value.

We were very unsatisfied with the quality of the workmanship of this company! There were gaps where they put the countertop, and I believe they picked a poor-quality material for the marble because it was brittle and hard to clean. They need to hire workers who talk less and focus on their job more!

They did a great job on the the pool deck and lanai, but the front steps had what looked like white spatter marks all over. They came out again an were able to remove 80% of them, but the steps still looked better before they applied their process. The owner came out and tried to give me a bunch of excuses why it wasn't their fault. Bottom line, we're just going to have to live with it. The process was very expensive. I would not do it again, at least not with this company.

I had broken a piece of granite out of a window sill and Leif at Walter and Sons did an amazing job putting it back in place and filling in and restoring it! Jeremiah responded so quickly in scheduling when I called and met my timeline needed. The price was great and quality and customer service and friendliness are all reasons I’d highly recommend them! Thank you!

I made an appointment to have my outdoor countertop to be polished because it etched. The appointment was made and the tech came over. Unfortunately it was raining hard and he could not do the job. He told me that he would come back in a few days. He didn't. Multiple texts and calls to their office. No one ever called me back to reschedule.Disrespectful and unprofessional.

After a long renovation our newly installed marble floors were in need of cleaning and sealing. After reading great reviews we called Walter and Sons. Jeremiah came to look at the floors within a day and was able to squeeze us in a few days later. Leif who did the work was amazing. Our floors were in rough shape with leftover grout haze, and he was able to clean, polish, and seal floors and shower walls. He also removed some rust stains on our driveway pavers caused by a dumpster we were using during the renovation. His attention to detail was incredible. He was super nice and on time every day. We highly recommend Jeremiah and his company!!!!

We had Walter & Sons Marble Restoration clean and polish our tile flooring, both inside and outside. Justin was very professional and did a fabulous job! They were punctual each day, very thorough in filling in any missing grout or indentations in the tile, and cleaned up each day. The tile looks brand new! Thank you for the great work!

We recently had Walter & Sons Marble Restoration and Stone Cleaning to refinish our Terazzo Floors. Jeremiah sent over a young man Yuma to do the work. He worked hard did an excellent job and was so pleasant while he was here inour house. The floors look excellent and Yuma went above and beyond to help us. My wife recently had surgery and could not help me move the funiture Yma was a big help to me moving them. I would highly recomend this company for any work you need. They are busy so you might have to wait to et them however it is worth the wait. These are good people.

Walter's did a fantastic job, Angel and Yuma were at the house on time and ready to go. The service was very professional and both were at it all day, and made sure every inch of the travertine floor was covered, cleaned, polished and honed. I would highly recommend this company. Jeremiah is the owner and a vet and gave a very competitive price for the job. He is trustworthy, no surprises or gimmicks like other companies. He also was able to graciously meet a demanding time frame for when I needed it done.Walter's is simply the best in the area.

After having someone else re-finish our statuary marble countertops we were disappointed with the outcome so we had Jeremiah come in to see if he could make them like new. He said he could and he DID! Yuma was the technician and we couldn't have had a nicer, more efficient and professional restoration specialist. What a wonderful job he did!!

Ishmael and Angel performed a marvelous marble restoration for our dining room table as well as our marble countertop in the bathroom. Also repaired a large stain on our travertine floor. Highly recommend the service and a great value.

We recently had Walter & Sons restore our marble floors throughout our home in Naples. We were a bit apprehensive, as we thought it would generate a lot of mess and not make much difference!! However, we were totally WOWED with the results, and our marble floors shine and look brand new!! It was a great experience, as the two technicians, Angel and Yuma, were very careful with our belongings, kept the house neat and tidy, and did an amazing job on refinishing the marble, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have your "old floors" come to life again! A big thank you to them both for such careful and professional workmanship.

Called Walter & Sons to refinish our travertine tile floor in our master bath. We had this floor installed 3 years ago and have never been happy with the appearance. Austin came and honed and polished the floor and made it look like it should have from the start. Great company. Austin showed up on time, was very professional and a great guy. Very polite and stayed until we were happy. I would not hesitate to use this company.

I recently purchased a home in SWFL that has Travertine stone throughout the first floor, and large patio. I called Walter & Sons Marble Restoration and Cleaning, and within a day Jerimiah, the owner, was out to look at my floors with a critical eye, and provided me with insights and options. His staff could not have been more courteous and respective to my family, as well as careful with our personal belongings which all had to be moved, and then put back into place after they were done with their work. They took pictures of everything before they began, and carefully put everything back where it was before they began. Best of all, quality control after the job was complete was a high priority for Jerimiah. He came back with that same critical eye, to insure the floors were perfectly restored to his (and my) very high standard. I don't provide a lot of online reviews. However, in this case, I cannot more highly recommend Jerimiah Walter and his staff at Walter & Sons Marble Restoration and Stone Cleaning.

We had movers gouge a 6 ft scratch in our polished marble floor on moving day! I called Walter & Sons and spoke with Jeremiah on a Saturday morning hoping for a better outcome than having to replace the entire floor. They came the following week and repaired the floor. Everything was was handled professionally right through the cleanup. We highly recommend this company.

I just had 3 marble counters repaired by Walter & Sons. I had etched areas on all counters in the bathrooms.I had tried several different products without success.The counters were all ground out then polished & sealed. They look like Brand New again! I am so satisfied with their results. I would highly recommend them.

Having worked with Jeremiah and seeing his company’s quality of work, I cannot recommend any other company for this type of work. I have never met a more courteous, professional. I'm very surprised that Walter and Sons has only had two 5 star reviews. I'd have expected them to have a few hundred considering their exceptional service and results. My experience with Jeremiah Walter was flawless. He is the owner of the company and did my estimate. I could not have asked for a more polite, well mannered, and clearly highly experienced individual. He knew exactly what he was talking about to solve the issues on my bathroom marble counters. I had received an earlier quote of a few hundred more, so not only did I end up with a perfect result, but I saved $. Jeremiah supervised the job, and actually they left the bathroom cleaner than when they got there. Always a nice surprise. I've already recommended them to my friends. Thanks for a great experience and interesting insights for future renovations and maintenance in my home.

I was also hesitant to get an estimate from Walter and Sons Marble Restoration and Stone Cleaning but for different reasons. I had already hired a company to repair my chipped granite counter. They ended up making it look much worse. I bit the bullet and called, hoping for a decent rate and a best case scenario. Jeremiah Walter came to my home and answered all my questions with patience and concern. Not only did they repair my granite so that the past issues are barely visible but they also sealed and polished the rest of my kitchen with stunning results. I did not think it would ever be capable of looking this good again. My service technician was well supervised by Jeremiah and they both worked diligently to get in and out as quickly as possible. They cleaned up after themselves and moved everything back to where it was when they came in. You wouldn't know they were there except for my beautifully restored and perfect granite. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer Walter crew!. It's Maggie, my granddaughter had to help post this.

It is my pleasure to recommend Jeremiah Walter and Walter&Sons as an outstanding contractor! Their cleaning/refinishing/restoration services are second to none. They are extremely professional, arrive in a timely manner, get the job done well, not worrying about time on task but focusing on a quality outcome. Fantastic experience all around! I called and they came the next day to do the estimate. The quote was reasonable and service was scheduled within a week. They came out and did a fantastic job on our travertine floor and our granite counters. It was all cleaned, polished and looked brand new. They moved furniture in and out and were very careful in our home. I will certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend their services! Great job, guys!

Jerimiah and Troy did an excellent job on the tile and grout in my kitchen! I got a FREE ESTIMATE and they were very quick with the job! So good, that they will be doing the rest of my homes flooring, I have tile also in my bathroom and basement, no job is too big or small for them and I got an awesome discount for calling them back to get the other areas completed! Thanks guys!

After finding Walter and Sons in an online listing with a good rating, gave them a call to get a quote on re-sealing our marble and granite, which was getting some water damage around the faucets. The response and follow-up from the scheduler to Jeremiah, who wrote up the quote, to Phil doing the work, fulfilled all commitments made. Job was done thoroughly with good prep work to insure all surrounding areas where fully covered to not create issues. Also appears they employ good character people.
